Privacy & Cookie Information
Effective and last reviewed: September 26, 2026
This site receives ordinary server request logs needed to deliver and secure pages. It also sends one limited first-party base statistics request to `/collect/` on production page loads. That base event is independent of cookie-banner acceptance, uses no optional advertising cookie, and contains the page path, referrer when supplied by the browser, language, time zone and event time needed for aggregate site operations. Local development traffic is excluded by the front-end configuration.
How this applies
The preference banner stores your optional choice in local storage on your device. Rejecting or dismissing optional cookies does not suppress the cookieless first-party base event described above. We currently do not load advertising, personalization or third-party analytics scripts. If that changes, this notice and the controls must be updated before those features are enabled. Server logs and collection records are retained according to operational need and access is limited to site administration. Email privacy questions to server@hollyjollychristmasbar.com. Do not send sensitive data through email.
Information you provide
If you email us, the message can include your address, name, organization, the content you submit and technical routing information created by email services. We use it to evaluate and respond to the request, document a correction or rights review, and protect the site from abuse. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, identification documents or sensitive personal information.
Server and security logs
The web server can record request time, requested path, response status, browser user-agent, referrer and IP-related network information. These logs support delivery, debugging, abuse prevention and security review. They are not presented as a user profile. Access is limited to site administration and hosting operations, and records are kept only as long as needed for those operational purposes.
First-party base statistics
Production pages send one base request to `/collect/` regardless of whether optional storage is accepted, rejected, dismissed or untouched. The request is designed to be cookieless and uses the page URL supplied by the browser request, browser-provided referrer, language, time zone, event time and IP/network information available to the server for aggregate visit and abuse-control records. This local build excludes localhost traffic. The production release must connect the endpoint to the established shared persistence service and verify a stored record; an unconditional no-op response is not sufficient.
Optional storage and cookies
The preference control stores the choice in local storage so the banner does not need to ask on every visit. At launch there is no advertising or third-party analytics script to activate. Necessary browser and server behavior can still occur without optional consent. If an advertising or analytics vendor is later introduced, the data inventory, consent flow and this notice must be revised before activation, including any regional requirements that apply.
External links and processors
When you follow an external operator, venue or ticket link, that destination receives the ordinary request data needed to load its page and applies its own privacy terms. We do not control its cookies, checkout or account system. Hosting, network and email providers may process limited data to deliver this site and communications. We do not claim that an external site follows this notice.
Retention, access and correction
Retention depends on purpose: short-lived technical logs can be removed sooner than a correction record needed to explain a published change. You may ask what information you directly submitted by emailing server@hollyjollychristmasbar.com. We will use reasonable verification before acting on a request and may retain limited records when needed for security, rights review or integrity. We do not promise a jurisdiction-specific right that has not been established, but we will consider clear privacy requests in good faith.
Advertising status
No Google advertising, affiliate tracking or sponsored audience segment is active in this build. Because no advertising vendor is loaded, this notice does not claim that Google or another vendor currently sets an ad cookie here. If monetization is introduced, the real vendors, purposes, choices and regional consent requirements must be disclosed before code is enabled. Placeholder publisher identifiers are prohibited.
International visitors
The editorial audience is the United States, but the public web can be reached elsewhere. External event pages may apply their own regional terms. We use conservative data collection and do not claim a comprehensive jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction compliance status. A visitor can contact the published mailbox with a specific privacy concern and enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
Changes to this notice
A substantive change to data collection, advertising, storage or service providers requires a corresponding revision to this page and its review date. We do not alter the date for typographic edits alone. The current page describes the launch build; production verification must confirm that the deployed endpoint and headers match it.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional storage from the preference banner. At launch, no optional advertising or third-party analytics script is active, so the choice records your preference without enabling an ad product. The always-on, cookieless first-party base event remains active as disclosed above.
Security and children
No internet service can promise absolute security. This publication is about adult nightlife planning and is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe information was submitted in error.
