Copyright & Takedown

Effective and last reviewed: September 26, 2026

Original editorial text, custom graphics and site design are published by Holly Jolly Christmas Bar Guide unless a credit states otherwise. Historical assets are retained for documentary context from the former site; external facts, trademarks and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Possession of an archive does not by itself establish unrestricted reuse rights.

How this applies

To request review, email server@hollyjollychristmasbar.com with your name, the exact URL, identification of the work or mark, the material at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reliable way to contact you. We may temporarily restrict disputed material while reviewing provenance. Formal legal language is not presented as a substitute for advice or jurisdiction-specific process.

Provenance and licensing

Every published hero image has its own source record. Generated editorial images are retained with their final prompt and project assignment. Legacy images are separated from the new brand and used only where the old Sacramento page is being documented. External web images used during research are not automatically republished.

Permitted use

You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution where lawful. Republishing complete articles, removing credits, selling the image library or using the site identity for a confusing ticket service is not permitted without authorization. Interface icons and third-party marks may carry separate rights.

Review process

A complete notice allows us to locate the material, understand the asserted right and contact the requester. We may ask for clarification when names differ or ownership is unclear. Outcomes can include correction, credit, replacement, restriction, removal or a request for more evidence. We do not promise a formal statutory process that may not apply to the operator or claimant.

Trademarks and event names

Event and venue names are used descriptively so readers can identify the subject and reach a first-party source. Their appearance does not imply ownership, endorsement or partnership. A rights holder may request correction of a misleading presentation through the contact route, but factual nominative reference and historical documentation are evaluated in context.

Generated and commissioned material

The launch illustrations were generated specifically for assigned editorial pages and are not presented as photographs of real venues. Prompt records, source files and delivery derivatives are retained in the project inventory. A later crop used by the same article remains that article’s image; it is not reassigned as a different article hero.

Linking and attribution

A normal link to a public article does not require permission. When quoting, keep the passage proportionate, identify the publication and link to the canonical page. Do not remove an image credit or use a generated scene to market a real venue as though it documented that location.
