Include the exact page URL, the statement you are addressing, a link to the current first-party source, and the date you observed the change. For an event listing, include the official venue or organizer page rather than a screenshot alone.
How this applies
Do not send passwords, card details, government identification or other sensitive information. This publication does not process ticket changes, refunds or venue reservations; contact the operator or ticket seller shown on your confirmation for those requests. We do not publish an unverified response-time promise.
Corrections and updates
For a factual correction, identify the sentence and provide the organizer or venue page that supersedes it. A current-year first-party page is stronger evidence than a social repost or search snippet. We may keep an archived statement when it accurately describes an older season, but we will label it as history and remove any misleading current action.
Rights and media notices
For image, trademark or copyright concerns, provide the exact asset or passage, the page URL, your connection to the rights holder and the outcome you are requesting. We preserve provenance records and may restrict material while a claim is reviewed. Do not send confidential contracts unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Ticket and venue support
This mailbox cannot change tickets, answer venue access questions on behalf of an operator or confirm a same-day opening. Use the organizer, host venue or seller printed on your confirmation. Our role is to correct the publication and help readers reach the right source.
Useful subject lines
A clear subject such as “Correction: Sacramento archive address” or “Image rights notice: poster on /sacramento/” helps route the message. Include one request per issue when possible. Unsolicited sales pitches, link-exchange proposals and requests to publish unsupported locations do not establish an editorial obligation.
